Gothic themed industrial barbell with a skeleton hand in between two roses that is holding a dangling, red heart cz gem. The design measures at about 14mm x 15mm. The 14G straight barbell is constructed from black pvd on 316L stainless steel and two 5mm balls. Easy external threading. Silicone rings are attached behind the charm, making it adjustable.
