Hinged segment ring made from gold pvd on ASTM F-136 titanium that has a 3mm synthetic white opalite gem in the center of two other 2mm balls. Size is 18G with a 5/16" (8mm) inner diameter size. The hinged design makes this piece east to insert and remove. Sold individually (1pc).
