At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and safety, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items that remain in their original, heat-sealed tamper-proof packaging. Please note that for your protection, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry that has been opened or worn.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened clear heat-sealed bags with the tamper-evident seal intact.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the unopened jewelry inside a padded bubble mailer or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit; include your RMA number inside the package.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a carrier of your choice with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments lost in the mail.
